Yet a visitor planning an active trip has to price and book activities, gear and beds across a dozen fragmented operators. High Road Adventures collapses that into one platform, with a natural three-way bundle: travellers who book an activity also need equipment and a place to stay nearby.

Unlike the other products in the portfolio, this one starts from evidence. The build sits on a completed research brief, a sortable offerings catalogue and a pricing database — the raw material a booking-and-comparison engine needs. A working "live pricing aggregator" prototype already demonstrates the enquiry-and-comparison front end.
